Minced Raita

Normally we all make raita either with chopped or sliced onions and tomatoes. This is also made with onions, tomatoes and cilantro but just an additional step to it.
Red Onion chopped – 1
Tomato chopped – 2
Cilantro – half bunch chopped
Salt to taste
Fresh Curd/Yogurt

Brinjal Fry
