Ingredients :-
Chicken breasts (i used boneless & skinless)
1 medium onion chopped fine
1/2 onion sliced thin
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Whole pepper – 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder – 2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1.5 tsp
Curry leaves
Salt to taste
Method:-
In a non stick kadai pour a little oil and when it becomes hot add the chopped onions and the curry leaves. Let the onions cook well then add the ginger garlic paste, whole pepper and garam masala and stir well and wait till the raw smell goes. Now add the chicken pieces and turmeric powder and stir it occasionally for 5 mins. Now add the pepper powder, sliced onions and salt and stir it well. Stir it once in a while and let it cook on medium heat and do not add water.
Serve it hot with rice or rotis.
